Refund policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. An items is considered received by the customer based on carrier's confirmed delivery date. You have 21 days from that confirmed delivery date to contact us about a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Items must be free from signs of wear, odor, or damage, with tags attached if applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@imagesonme.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided upon acceptance of return. In the email, please include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return (such as wrong size, defective, damaged, etc.)
- Seeking replacement or refund?
- Photos
- Additional comments/explanation
Return shipping for returns within 21 days is free for US customers. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon acceptance of your return request. We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit if they are not shipped using the prepaid label we provide.
For returns outside of the U.S., shipping details will be determined during pre-return discussions (in most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Free return shipping is only provided if you follow the instructions we send upon approval.
No re-stocking fees are applied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep your original packaging and tags until you’re sure you’ll keep the item, as returns without these will either not be accepted or will be subject to a partial refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- worn or used items
- final sale items
- gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. The return will be processed as stated under "Refunds".
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you regarding refund status once we have received and inspected your return (inspection and processing typically takes 3-5 business days). You will be notified of refund status within 10 business days.
Full refunds are only issued if an item meets all eligibility requirements. Full monetary refund will apply if it is Images On Me's mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item). If the item does not meet all eligibility requirements, partial refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If the reason for the return is size or mistake in ordering, the refund will come in the form of a store credit or immediate replacement item.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or as store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
