Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. An item is considered received based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date. You must contact us within 30 days of that confirmed delivery date to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items must be free from odor, stains, or damage, with tags attached if applicable.
Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return directly through your Images On Me customer account or by contacting us at support@imagesonme.com.
When emailing us, please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defective, damaged, etc.)
- Whether you’d like a replacement or refund
- Photos, if applicable
- Any additional details
Returns must be approved before sending an item back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

U.S. customers: Return shipping within 30 days is free when using the prepaid shipping label we provide.
We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit if another shipping method is used. -
International customers: Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer; details will be discussed upon approval.
Restocking Fee
Because each piece is made to order, a 10% restocking fee applies to returned items. This helps cover production and handling costs associated with custom printing.
However, this fee is waived for exchanges or store credit, as these options help us reduce waste and continue creating made-to-order art you’ll love.
Full refunds are provided for defective or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. Keep the original packaging and tags until you are sure you’ll keep the item—returns without these may be ineligible or subject to a partial refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Worn or used items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order. Your return will be processed according to the refund policy below.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you of your refund status.
- Full refunds are issued if the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Partial refunds (less the 10% restocking fee) apply to standard returns that meet eligibility requirements.
- Refunds due to incorrect sizing or order error are typically issued as store credit or replacement.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
