Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. How do I determine my size?

In the product details of each product, scroll down to see details on sizing - the sizes will be displayed along with the inches associated with that size. As an example, a sweatshirt will show the "M" (medium) size as Chest - 39 3/8", Waist - 33 1/8", and Hips - 40 1/8".

What are the products made of?

The details of what the fabric is made of is shown in the full description on the details page for each product. Many of our products use recycled polyester that feels like a soft cotton. Our leggings have UPF 50+ protection. Each product will display the details of what makes up that piece.

Are the clothes machine washable?

Yes! For best results, we suggest turning the clothes inside out and washing in cold water.

Payment and Order Information

How do I know my payment went through?

An email confirmation that includes payment received will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. When in doubt, check your credit card or bank information to determine if a charge is pending.

How do I know if my order was successful?

An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order has been successfully created. Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate. If you did not receive an email and believe that your order should have been placed, please email support@imagesonme.com with the order information, your name, and when the order was placed.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free within the continental United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This product is crafted just for you once your order is placed, which means delivery may take a bit longer. By producing items on demand rather than in bulk, we help reduce overproduction and waste. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout - most deliveries are received within 7-14 business days. Thank you for supporting mindful, sustainable choices!

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible based on timing.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email (support@imagesonme.com) and we will contact the shipping company.

Will I be charged for shipping on a return?

Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the reason for return. The response to the return request email will confirm all necessary details. There may be occasions where an item does not need to be returned. It is important to provide pictures when sending the return request email in order to further clarify the issue. Please be sure to provide as much detail as possible regarding the return when emailing support@imagesonme.com.
